Nutritional Management of Intestinal Health

This workshop will provide you with information and insight on the role of gastrointestinal key nutrients. Unrefined foods, complex carbohydrates and cruciferous vegetables and authentic Good Fat are all medicine for the gut. We can reverse and reduce many chronic illnesses of the gut by using nutrient rich – high fiber food to eliminate toxins and reestablish normal flora and support liver function. Research will be presented on the use of enzymes, botanical medicines, probiotic microflora and key strategies and protocol in the successful treatment of gastrointestinal – related chronic illness.
