Chef Kathryn serves her community in many ways. I first knew of her through her teaching healthy cooking classes at my local library. Each month I look forward to attending her cooking demonstration. She always puts her heart and soul into each and every lecture and recipe. She gives us healthy living tips and demonstrates how to make each recipe and then lets us sample the food. Chef Kathryn is one of the kindest and most caring of persons I have had the pleasure to meet. Her gentle spirit and soul are apparent at every session.
